Carbon ThreeSixty, the leading specialist in advanced composite structures, is delighted to announce a further expansion of its team with three key appointments across its engineering and manufacturing operations.
As the company continues to scale its production capacity and take on complex new contracts in the aerospace, defence, and automotive sectors, these strategic hires bolster both front-end project execution and shop-floor manufacturing throughput.
Expanding Our Engineering Capability
- Ben Liddington – Project Engineer
Ben joins the engineering team as a Project Engineer. Reporting directly to Dr. Nick Shotton-Gale (Director of Engineering), Ben will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between client requirements and technical delivery. He will focus on managing engineering work packages, ensuring that complex development projects progress smoothly from initial design through to manufacturing readiness.
Strengthening the Shop Floor
To support growing volume and production demands, the operations team welcomes two new Production Technicians. Both will report directly to Mike Duggan (Production Manager), tracking against tight delivery schedules for key commercial and defence accounts:
- Dave Liddle – Production Technician
Dave joins the team to bring hands-on expertise to the workshop floor. Working closely under Mike’s scheduling, Dave will be focused on ensuring that high-precision composite components are processed, laid up, and cured to the exact standard Carbon ThreeSixty is known for. - Grzegorz Jaszczur – Production Technician
Grzegorz further strengthens the manufacturing team as a Production Technician. His practical skills will be geared toward optimising workshop efficiency, ensuring repeat manufacturing runs remain consistent, high-quality, and on schedule.
