  • Mechanical Structural Analysis: We use Altair Hypermesh and Altair Optistruct to simulate real-world scenarios. This helps us identify stress points, predict deformation, and ensure the structural integrity and durability of our designs.
  • Composite Material Card Development: We develop and select the right composite material cards using Altair Compose and Radioss. These are crucial for accurate simulations and are validated against experimental data for reliability.
  • Composite Optimisation: With Altair Optistruct, we push design boundaries through:
    • Topology Optimisation: Finding the best material distribution for performance.
    • Shape Optimisation: Refining component geometry for better performance and less material.
    • Free Size Optimisation: Adjusting ply thicknesses and stacking sequences for desired stiffness and strength.
  • Tailored Fibre Placement (TFP) Optimisation: For our specialised TFP structures, our proprietary software optimises fibre directionality down to the individual fibre tow. This precise control maximises material efficiency and unlocks TFP’s full potential.
