Carbon ThreeSixty Bolsters Team with Key Appointments in CNC and Project Management

The company welcomes Milton Blake as the new CNC Machining Lead and Samritha Parhar as Technical Project Manager, both of whom bring specialised expertise to support the firm’s expanding order book and technical capabilities.

Strengthening the Shop Floor: Milton Joins Operations

Milton steps into the role of CNC Machining Lead, reporting directly to Mike Duggan, Operations Manager. As Carbon ThreeSixty continues to scale its manufacturing of complex, high-performance composite structures, Milton’s leadership will be pivotal.

His focus will be on:

  • Optimizing Precision: Enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of the CNC department to meet the rigorous tolerances required in aerospace and defense.
  • Workflow Integration: Working closely with the wider Ops team to ensure seamless transitions from design to finished part.
  • Capacity Expansion: Driving throughput to ensure the facility can handle the increasing volume of domestic and international contracts.

Driving Delivery: Samritha Joins the Engineering Team

On the project side, Samritha joins the business as a Technical Project Manager under the guidance of Dr. Nick Shotton-gale. Her role is specifically designed to provide high-level support for Key Accounts, ensuring that Carbon ThreeSixty’s most significant partnerships receive dedicated technical oversight.

Samritha’s remit includes:

  • Strategic Account Support: Acting as the technical bridge between client requirements and internal engineering teams.
  • Program Excellence: Ensuring complex projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the company’s signature quality standards.
  • Technical Advocacy: Leveraging her technical background to solve complex project hurdles before they impact delivery timelines.
