Carbon ThreeSixty expands Operations Team with Three Key Appointments
Carbon ThreeSixty expands! We are delighted to announce a significant boost to our operational capabilities this month with the arrival of three new team members. These appointments represent a strategic investment in our New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and the streamlining of our high-volume repeat business.
As we continue to push the boundaries of advanced composite manufacturing, these new roles will ensure we maintain our reputation for innovation, quality, and technical excellence.
Meet the New Starters
We are excited to welcome a mix of returning talent and fresh expertise to the Ops team:
- Freddie Brown – Technician (NPI Focus) We are thrilled to welcome Freddie back to the Carbon ThreeSixty family. Freddie returns to the operations team in a Technician role, where his primary focus will be on New Product Introduction. His familiarity with our systems and hands-on expertise will be invaluable in transitioning complex designs into physical reality.
- Waldemar Kwolek – Manufacturing Engineer Waldemar joins us to bolster our engineering department. His role is dual-purpose: assisting with the technical rigours of NPI while simultaneously identifying and implementing process improvements for our existing product lines. His focus on efficiency will help us scale our manufacturing output without compromising on precision.
- Michael Duggan – Production Manager & Scheduler Michael takes on a pivotal role within the Ops team, focusing on the heartbeat of our facility: repeat business. By managing production flow and scheduling, Michael will ensure that our long-term contracts and high-volume orders are delivered with the consistency and punctuality our clients expect.
