Carbon ThreeSixty proudly celebrates 7 years of innovation, job creation and rapid growth!
July 2024 saw Carbon ThreeSixty reach the milestone of 7 years since incorporation. From its formation in 2017 by industry experts Ed Allnutt and Will Batrick, CTS has rapidly grown into a globally recognised expert in the design and manufacture of complex, advanced composite structures. More than that, CTS has also become an employer of choice in the Chippenham and surrounding areas, creating valuable STEM jobs and career opportunities.
CTS celebrated its 5th birthday by announcing an expansion into a second 6,000 sqft facility, which at the time this was an ambitious undertaking. It saw the company double its physical footprint to c12,000 sqft. Two years later and coinciding with its 7th birthday, CTS is set to announce a further expansion into a newly renovated bespoke prepared 44,000 sqft factory in Chippenham, UK. The move further cements CTS’s continued growth and commitment to the local area. The new facility is being commissioned to enable the delivery of several key customer projects in Automotive, Aerospace and Defence.

By leveraging decades of combined experience the CTS team have helped a wide range of customers to overcome business critical challenges. CTS is now a tier 1 supplier to the global Automotive, Aerospace and Defence sectors. Our wheels can be found on vehicles from OE Hypercars to off highway land defence vehicles. Our manufacturing processes are utilised in the production of electric motors, torque converters, pressure vessels, panels and a wide range of other products.
