Our in-house engineering team will work with you in the development of the your part, from initial concept, conducting trade studies to establish best materials and process for manufacturing, 3D printing prototypes, moving to first articles and series production.
We routinely use state-of-the-art analytical tools, including static and dynamic finite element analysis, classic laminate analysis, mould flow and permeability simulation, fibre path optimisation, CFD, generative design and measurement system analysis. We use Solidworks, CATIA and Fusion 3600 for CAD and Altair Hyperworks for FEA.
