Carbon ThreeSixty is seeking to hire a Production Manager / Team Leader to help drive productivity an efficiency across multiple manufacturing teams. The Manager / Leader will initially take on responsibility for overseeing all Automotive products but is expected to grow to encompass other sectors such as Aerospace and Defence.

In addition to On Time In Full delivery responsibility we are looking for someone who can cultivate a culture of world class manufacturing and help to train and deliver Lean principles within the production department.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience within a highly regulated manufacturing sector such as Automotive or Aerospace.  Previous experience working with composites would be an additional benefit but is not a requirement. Familiarity with Lean practices and tools such as 5S’s and 7 Wastes would also be advantageous.
